Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Facile French website and your enrolment in any courses or programmes offered by Facile French ("we", "our", "us"), a French language school based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Enrolment

Enrolment in any Facile French programme is confirmed upon receipt of the course fee payment and a written confirmation from us. By enrolling, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are at least 16 years of age, or that a parent or guardian has consented on your behalf.
• You understand the course format, duration, and schedule as communicated at the time of enrolment.

Payment

Course fees are due in advance as communicated during the enrolment process. We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and other methods as specified at the time of booking. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

• Fees must be paid before the first session unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or withhold sessions if payment is outstanding.
• Course fees do not include the cost of external study materials, textbooks, or examination registration fees unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation 7 or more days before the first class: A full refund will be issued, less any applicable payment processing fees.
• Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the first class: A 50% refund will be issued.
• Cancellation after the first class has taken place: No refund will be issued for completed sessions. Remaining session fees may be considered for a partial refund at our sole discretion.
• No-show: No refund will be issued if you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice.

Rescheduling

We offer flexible rescheduling subject to the following conditions:

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
• Each enrolled student is entitled to reschedule up to two sessions per course at no extra charge.
• Rescheduling requests beyond this limit may incur a rescheduling fee.
• Facile French reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness or technical issues. In such cases, students will be notified promptly and a suitable alternative will be arranged.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, study guides, exercises, recordings, and content provided by Facile French are the intellectual property of Facile French or its educators. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without our written permission.
• Record any live session without the prior written consent of the instructor.
• Use course materials for commercial purposes.

Any breach of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of your enrolment without refund.

Student Conduct

We expect all students to engage respectfully and constructively. We reserve the right to terminate the enrolment of any student who engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour, without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Facile French shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services.
• Failure to achieve a specific exam score or language proficiency level, as outcomes depend on individual effort, attendance, and external examination conditions.
• Interruptions to online sessions caused by internet connectivity issues on the student's side.

Our total liability to you in connection with any course shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that course.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
